The colonial saltbox feels right at home in Niagara-on-the-Lake
from where it gains it's inspiration. Reproduction wood shutters will beautify the street facade of this all wood
replica home. Attention to detail is apparent in the exterior detailing, while the interior of this 1550 square foot
home will be anything but traditional. A loft design with ceilings front to back. Bedrooms with ensuites on both
floors with an upper sitting room overlooking the living room and eat-in kitchen below.

A georgian Colonial Style replica home, inspired by the George
Wythe House in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania. The original house was used as General Washington's
headquarters during the Great Revolution, before the siege of nearby Yorktown. This replica home will entertain
many features of it's predecessor's archetype. Nine foot ceilings on the main floor and eight foot ceilings on
the second floor of this 5-bay centre hall plan create a feeling of space. The oversized living room will provide
the family with wonderful living space, and additional light by two French doors. Walkout decks off of the
kitchen and living room will provide access to the large backyard. The exterior features include period brick
detailing around all windows and doors, with a detail band separating both floors. The uppper and first floor are
illuminated by Loewen windows with "heat smart" glass. The front facade will feature "Simulated-Divide Lite
Windows", with the remaining elevations having interior removable grills for easy cleaning. The basement is lit by
six Thermopane windows, and kept dry by a Tuff & Dry waterproofing system. The upper overhangs are
masterfully decorated with dentils, on a wooden frieze with cornice mould. The concrete front stoop is covered
with reproduction brick pavers.
