Italianite replica design which takes full advantage of its site with a

a second-floor balcony overlooking the street, a trademark of homes in old-fashioned neighbourhoods. In this house you see the
New Urbanism advantage of property owners, architects and builders working together to acheive the best. Knowing the dwelling
next door would be set back, Fraser house designers created the second floor balcony for a view down the street as well as to
the front. The cupola with sailboat weathervane complements the home's nautical look. The 1,615 square foot interior achieves

This 1740 square foot Greek revival replica home features Algonquin
limestone lentils ands sills against a salmon colour "Charleston" brick background. Two temple style
wood porches clad with authentic mouldings and supported by eleven columns and two matching pilasters
adorn the front and rear elevations. Cherry-stained maple floors and stairs enhance the interior as well as
Edwardian style trim detailing to windows and doors. A ball and claw foot tub highlights the ensuite
